Karim Haji > Mountain Training >Brecon Beacons

The trip was truly awesome
Right from the pick up to the awesome day in the mountains and the debrief afterwards. I had some problem with my boots on the trip but Fitways were awesome. Fully equipped, truly expert, not panicking or making me feel worried. I would not want to be on a mountain with anyone else. Just brilliant.

Helen Taylor > Kilimanjaro

What an amazing week!
The scenery, the atmosphere and the sense of achievement is something I will never forget. Summit day was tough but with such an amazing leader and support crew I was determined to reach the top – I honestly don’t think I would have made it with any other leader! Nick was born for the mountains and it was an absolute pleasure to spend a week climbing this awesome mountain with him! If you are looking for an adventure and challenge then this is the climb for you!

Evan MacDonald > Annapurna Sanctuary Trek

Nepal is an amazing country to visit, although one of the poorest countries in the world, the Nepalese people seem happy, resilient and very peaceful. Even the animals such as dogs, cows, goats which roam freely exhibit the same tolerant, calm nature. A visit to Nepal begins in the vibrant city of Katmandu, but once out in the countryside the life is very different. November is harvesting time in the man made terraces which rise up the hillside, a tough time when you don’t have machinery to help you. Beyond the foothills rise the majestic snow covered Himalayas and a trek is the only way to get close to these amazing mountains. Our holiday exceeded expectations in every way and we would recommend a visit to this beautiful country with its wonderful people.
Our trip was organised by Fitways Adventures and we were very impressed by the personal touch, the calibre of the guides and quality of the holiday overall.

Lee Bartholomew > Annapurna Sanctuary Trek

From the very first day the trip has been an unforgettable blend of new experiences enhanced by the very high level of the team that looked after us. Coming to Nepal with Fitways means that the trip has been organised for us to the very last detail leaving the clients to thoroughly enjoy every single day of trekking and sightseeing. Sunrise over the Annapurna Base Camp is a sight impossible to forget and the journey there and back is equally breath taking. The Fitways philosophy of great teamwork and being sensitive to the mountains is something I totally identified with and it makes the whole experience that much stronger.

Ales Lipenski > Annapurna Sanctuary Trek

It’s very difficult to sum up in words the whole experience of a trip to Nepal and the Annapurna Sanctuary trek. The scenery is quite simply spectacular – to the extent that it’s sometimes difficult to take it all in; the people are warm and wonderfully welcoming and the food is delicious – potatoes will never seem as good again. Nick and the Fitways team were excellent at having thought of every single element required to give us the best possible experience and I can’t recommend them highly enough – they made an amazing trip very straightforward and truly memorable.

Huw Thomas > Annapurna Sanctuary Trek

The Annapurna Sanctuary Trek is a truly lifetime experience The views are absolutely breath taking on every inch or indeed kilometre of the journey! We went through lush green valleys, numerous streams and rivers, rainforest and finally across a gorgeous valley carved by a glacier. The arrival at Annapurna base camp is so worth the journey. Words cannot really do it justice – a magnificent amphitheatre of immense peaks surround you with Annapurna 1 towering above them all. The colours are truly amazing and varied. A spectacle worth seeing and the journey makes it even better. I also have to say that the organisation, friendliness and truly outstanding knowledge of all the Fitways crew was outstanding and the made the once a lifetime experience even more enjoyable.  Thanks to Nick for being a truly superb host!

Janna Hagan, Hewlett Packard > 3 Peaks (Corporate)

A huge thank you goes out to you for all of the planning and execution of this last weekends HP 3 Peaks Challenge. I had the most memorable time, with such a fantastic group of people, guides and drivers. Memories like that will last for a long time, as hopefully will some of the friendships that were made along the way. The best way ever to spend a Bank Holiday weekend

Matt Conrad-Jones > Welsh 3000

An amazing Challenge, an Amazing Company!‏
If you’ve not done this then words cannot do it justice……If you like a challenge; The Welsh 3000 is a seriously tough one, way beyond Ironman and with none of the commercial glitz and glam of that which is a good thing…just a raw physical and mental slog and you are spurred on by the fantastic team around you, not just the Fitways team but your fellow participants, true teamwork and friendships made for life!
Nick, Simon and Roger are amazing and everything around you just happens, food, drink, navigation so all you have to do is put one foot in front of the other (quite a few times actually and for a very long time)…without a shadow of a doubt without them this challenge would not have been possible and their support enable us to push ourselves to the limit and beyond in a few cases, you really leave it all out there…no blood but lots of sweat and even a few tears!!!
